Sandy Hook Lighthouse
Shot on @ilfordphoto Direct Positive paper (ISO 3) in the @intrepidcamera 8x10 with my Schneider-Kreuznach convertible 180mm lens with the front element removed, so working as a 355mm lens. 1 second at f/22.

I received a package from @intrepidcamera today that included this lens board adapter. It lets you use Linhof/Wista lens boards of the type used for the Intrepid 4x5 on a camera that uses Sinar type lens boards, like the Intrepid 8x10. But the adapter I received isn’t fit for purpose. The slider that holds boards in place does not clear the space left for the board. You can see here that my Wista board is slotted into the bottom, but can’t drop in at the top, because it’s blocked by the slider. Very disappointing that they sent out a board isn’t fit for purpose. Hey, @intrepidcamera , can I get a replacement that works?

Feeding the line.
Volunteers feed the tug-o-war line out as the boat takes it to the middle of the inlet for the Point Pleasant Beach-Manasquan cross-inlet tug-o-war a few weeks ago. Pulling out the line.
A few weeks ago, we joined my sister-in-law and nephew in Point Pleasant Beach to watch the tug-o-war across the inlet between PPB and Manasquan. The rounds are divided into two sets so they can let traffic through between. This is the boat fro the Point Pleasant Beach side pulling out the rope to be joined with the rope from the Manasquan side for the second set of rounds.

Shot on @pictoriographica Speed Plate (ISO 25) with my 1902 Century Studio No. 5. No-name Symmetric lens in a B&L pneumatic shutter, 1/5 second @ f/32. Developed by inspection in HC-110 Dilution B, 5 minutes or thereabouts.
