Returning to the theme of Hot Texas Wieners, Libby’s Lunch in Paterson is one of the first places to originate the dish. They’re located near the Great Falls in Paterson on land owned by the city. Unfortunately, they are on the verge of shutting down, as their landlord, the aforementioned city of Paterson, is not happy that they haven’t received rent in the past three years. Oops.
